Step 2: Purchase your Glo membership

Sign up for Glo on www.glo.com or in the Glo app using your personal payment method. Be sure to save the confirmation of your payment receipt.

Step 3: Submit for reimbursement

Send your Glo membership payment receipt (in your order confirmation email) and your Letter of Medical Necessity to your HSA/FSA provider for reimbursement.
